I get hyperventilation under control with the breathing technique. Sometimes I can’t breathe properly and start hyperventilating again, but with the breathing exercises I regain control after about 8 breaths! And that is so nice! I even went to my old primary school reunion and it went great!

I just stood there in the crowd and I felt comfortable. No desires to leave or other issues, I really enjoyed it. I really stick to the rules. I’m starting to get proud now and it is really improving. In December I did not dare to walk to the front door and had no energy for it, I did not dare to drive a car or go to a store. A big difference to what I do and dare again! Tonight after dinner I played volleyball with the children in the garden for an hour and soon I will go for a walk with the dog. I have everything under control…
