Hardly palpitations!

Hi Ingrid,

I just wanted to let you know that I’m doing a lot better.

I apply the breathing exercises throughout the day, which is getting better. Also at work and in the car. I gradually notice physical improvements 😊. Hardly any palpitations, less red face, less pressure on my head and certainly less restlessness.
