No having that anxious feeling anymore

Dear Ingrid

I have been getting better and better since a few weeks. I no longer have that anxious feeling all day, and I feel a little stronger in my shoes. The last few weeks at school have been quite tough, but I got through it well, which gave me a lot of energy. Last Friday, I chose to do the final presentations (which I’m normally terrified of) and somehow I felt so strong that it went really well for me. I had to give this presentation in a dark wine cellar where I had to convince 10 large entrepreneurs of my concept. And I did it !! I got the highest score of 43 people, so that feeling that I can’t present or stand in front of the class is finally over.

In addition, I cycle for half an hour almost every day without arriving at my destination completely out of breath, and I even go to the gym once or twice a week.
