First breathing technique that really makes me relaxed

Hi Ingrid,

The pressure on my chest has decreased the more I breathe with my diaphragm. In addition, I seem to have more energy. Also starting the day with breathing in this way is pleasant: do not have to wait for first coffee before the fog clears in my head.

Apart from that, this is the first breathing technique that really makes me relaxed!
