Improve Sport Performances
Would you like a faster recovery after an effort and improve your condition?
What would it be like if you had a head start, both mentally and physically, because you optimized your respiratory system?
A performance cannot be delivered without oxygen. During an intense effort, your diaphragm and rib muscles are responsible for breathing. The more intensive the training, the more you demand from your respiratory system.
Breathing is the key to more vitality
When you are tensed, before or during a match, you will breath faster and shallower. As a result, the air will pass faster through the airways and won’t get filtered in the most optimal way. In addition, because of this shallow, stressful breathing, we use, on average, only 30% of our lung capacity.
Through targeted exercises aimed at training the diaphragm and ribs, you can control your breathing in order to effortlessly use 60-70% of your lung capacity. You will be able to get the most out of your performance through an efficient breathing technique.
It allows you to breathe easier and deeper, so you don’t tire as quickly and recover faster after an effort. It improves your athletic performance and reduces shortness of breath. You will also experience more relaxation, which will sharpen the focus.
Dysfunctional breathing can be the root of complaints that you do not initially associate with your breathing, such as pressure on the chest, feeling rushed, dizziness, hyperventilation, tiredness, sleeping problems, stress or a burnout.
During the training you will learn the Del Ferro method from our experienced tutors. You will be amazed at the effectiveness of the method. Already after the first lesson remarkable results will be achieved.
