Dysfunctional breathing can be the root of complaints that you do not initially associate with your breathing, such as pressure on the chest, feeling rushed, dizziness, hyperventilation, tiredness, sleeping problems, stress or a burnout.

Burn-out complaints are caused by the fact that you often demand too much of yourself and you have difficulty safe-guarding your own limits. Since breathing responds directly to our peace of mind, many people with a burn-out breath high, stressed, inefficient, shallow and fast. This can make you feel anxious and even short of breath. By breathing efficiently, you experience new energy, you become more relaxed and you sleep better.

A good night rest and a feeling of relaxation in the body will make you feel more energetic again. Our training breaks the vicious circle of burnout complaints with is technique that is immediately and always available for you to apply.

During the training you will learn the Del Ferro method from our experienced tutors. You will be amazed at the effectiveness of the method. Already after the first lesson remarkable results will be achieved.

Although the Del Ferro Method’s unique diaphragm breathing technique is the most important part of the training, it also works on your mental state of mind in order to strengthen your confidence and make you feel stronger.

On the first lesson you will receive the Del Ferro training program that describes the breathing exercises in detail. This allows you to immediately put the technique into practice and you instantly experience that you feel calm and relaxed.
