I fall a sleep a lot easier than before

Thanks again for the exercises you taught me!

From time to time it was difficult for me to have the patience to stay focused for the entire fifteen minutes, but I definitely noticed it got easier after a few days. I also really liked to take a minute every now and then, when I noticed that I was panicky or stressed. Very nice that the effect is immediately noticeable. Just before bedtime I also noticed a huge difference, I felt much calmer and fell asleep a lot easier than before.
I will continue with this pattern, hopefully I can do it well in a while without thinking :)
