I can sleep again!
My motivation to follow a training at the Del Ferro Institute:
For years I have had trouble sleeping, sleeping through and / or falling asleep. At times a bit more than other times, but always present. At one point I came across a post on Instagram from The Breathing Academy: Good night’s rest training.
I learned from Ingrid Del Ferro to train my diaphragm by applying certain their breathing techniques. I participated only a few times in the training. I sleep more hours without waking up and I fall asleep faster. So I sleep better, longer and deeper.
Of course I still have days when it is less, but I now know what I can do against my sleeping problem. That takes a lot of stress away!
I also learned from Ingrid that this breathing technique works not only when you have sleeping problems, but also when you have to talk a lot. For example, I am in front of the classroom and I have to talk to 28 children all day. If you do not use your breath properly, this can also cause problems such as hyperventilation or stress. So at work or during work I regularly use the breathing technique. I am more relaxed now and I have more breath when I talk to the children. In short, the correctly using my diaphragm muscle has brought me a lot of ‘air’. I advise everyone who has these complaints to follow the course.
