Insomnia has unpleasant consequences for your memory, concentration, mood, creativity and your physical health.

If you sleep well, you have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, depression, anxiety and obesity. In short: it makes you healthier and happier.

About one third of the world population state they having problems sleeping. This makes sleep problems the third biggest health problem.

Breathing efficiently is the key for a better night’s sleep

Through targeted exercises aimed at training the diaphragm and ribs, you can control your breathing in order to effortlessly use 60-70% of your lung capacity. This way you not only release physical tension through an efficient breathing technique, but you also experience more relaxation. You will notice that will fall asleep faster. 
Our breathing technique is ‘copied’ from the deep sleep. When you learn to apply this rhythm of breathing, the body receives the signal that you are going to sleep. As a result, you will notice that you will fall asleep quicker and wake up rested after a good night’s sleep.

Dysfunctional breathing can be the root of complaints that you do not initially associate with your breathing, such as pressure on the chest, feeling rushed, dizziness, hyperventilation, tiredness, sleeping problems, stress or a burnout.

During the training you will learn the Del Ferro method from our experienced tutors. You will be amazed at the effectiveness of the method. Already after the first lesson remarkable results will be achieved.

Although the Del Ferro Method’s unique diaphragm breathing technique is the most important part of the training, it also works on your mental state of mind.

On the first lesson you will receive the Del Ferro training program that describes the breathing exercises in detail. This allows you to immediately put the technique into practice and you instantly experience that you feel calm, relaxed and that you can sleep well.

With over 40 years of experience and thousands of people who have followed the breathing training according to the Del Ferro Method, the Del Ferro technique has proven that everyone can learn to breathe efficiently which has a extremely beneficial effect on our sleeping pattern.
