Hyperventilation remedied after the breathing training at The Breathing Academy

Sophia suffered from hyperventilation and incorrect breathing. During the breathing training at The Breathing Academy she learned to breathe correctly. This technique was a relief for Sophia and could be applied everywhere.

Maaike now dares to take on all situations again

Attending a birthday party was already a big challenge for Maaike. She got stuffy and had to leave as soon as possible. After the training she recovered. Both physically and mentally she is fine again and Maaike doesn’t have to avoid situations anymore.
